Overview of experience

In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month & Mental Health Awareness Month, Shimmer and AMHP have partnered together to offer a free program for AAPI Adults with ADHD, in support of their ongoing growth & development. 2 lucky AAPI Adults with ADHD will get access to:

• 3 months of 1:1 ADHD coaching ($345 value)

Who it’s for

• You identify as Asian American Pacific Islander
• You have or suspect you have ADHD (no formal diagnosis required)
• You are interested in and committed to 3 months of 1:1 ADHD coaching (15 minutes a week)
• We will prioritize those who are new Shimmer members

How it works

1. Fill out the application form [deadline: 5/31/2023]
2. Winners will be announced on 6/1/2023
3. If you win, Shimmer will email you a unique discount code that will give you 3 free months of 1:1 ADHD coaching (Essentials plan)
