Get up and running in a few minutes.
Perform these core actions in your very first moments:
- Upload one of your learning materials into the LIBRARY and create your first recall. Recalls are iDR's spaced-repetition flashcards that can be linked to any concept or fact that you want to remember. So, go ahead and upload a Word file, PowerPoint, PDF, or an image such as a photo of your notes or some screengrabs.

- After you've created a recall, take a peek at the RECALLS page.

- The day after you create a new recall, it will appear for the first time in your PRACTICE tab, scheduled by the iDR spaced-repetition algorithm. While you can manually take any of your recalls into practice at any time, you will want to build a daily habit of practicing all the recalls that scheduled into the PRACTICE tab.
