- Provide expertise and support in the areas of Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Policy and Procedure Development, and HR Compliance.
- Create and implement robust strategies for personal and professional development & growth, Compensation & benefits and internal communications
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and provide reports that support decision making in specified areas.
- Work cross-functionally with all departments
- Leverage communications with all internal and external stakeholders.
🗓 In your first few months, you'll
- Proactively review all people operations processes and ensure that HR processes evolve appropriately as we scale.
- Help drive a high-performance, high-growth mindset that focuses on career development and growth through the development and execution of quality learning and development initiatives.
- Define and implement effective and efficient recruiting and talent acquisition strategies with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
- Drive company culture by developing strategies in helping the team understand and actively imbibe Curacel’s values.
- Be a go-between between management, managers and its employees to ensure positive employment relationship throughout the organisation
