Ticket Policy

At Monet we try to ensure that everyone has a the best user experience possible, while also maintaining decentralization. All ticket sales are final and will not be refunded after purchases.

Best Practices when using Monet

• Set a budget

• Do not buy more than you can afford to lose. While we appreciate you buying tickets, we ask that you do so in a responsible manner.

• Examine the Odds

  • Monet provides the opportunity for you to see the odds you have to win in real time!

  

  Please see the highlighted area at the bottom of the screen which allows you to see the odds in real time!

• Look for raffles that have the following:

  • An NFT you are interested in or with high demand
  • An IRL item that you are interested in and eligible for
  • TTV that is within 130% of floor price for the NFT
  • Being hosted by a “Trusted Raffler” or someone who has run multiple raffles

  

  • Avoid buying from a “Flagged Raffler” and report any suspicious activity to the Monet Team and Agents at the Monet Discord.

Terms you need to know

• Total Ticket Volume (TTV)- the total price of the raffle if all of the tickets are sold.
• Token- are the various forms of currency that are accepted buy tickets in a specific raffle (SOL, PUFF, JELLY, DUST, etc.).
• Trusted Raffler- is an individual who has hosted multiple raffles and has illustrated no suspicious activity. This person raffles in a manner that upholds Monet standards.
• Flagged Raffler- this is an individual who has been caught buying his/her own tickets or engaging in other suspicious activity.
