these are the recipes i actually make. nothing requires more than 5 ingredients or 30 minutes. most are toddler-safe (low sugar, low salt). all of them are pretty enough to photograph if the light is good.

  1. preheat oven to 180°c (350°f).
  2. mash bananas in a bowl. add the egg and oats. stir until combined.
  3. spoon into a muffin tin (line with paper or grease).
  4. bake 18-20 minutes until golden on top.

add-ins: a handful of blueberries, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a tablespoon of peanut butter.
