Here’s how we approach hosting activation stations at ReFi Lisboa. These are incredibly powerful tools to onboard capital and talent into the regenerative economy while getting people to make a positive impact.

In this guide, we’re going to assume a specific behavior of getting people to donate to a local project they care about on Gitcoin Grants via an identity solution called ‘Gitcoin Passport’.
There are a few basic steps which we will outline below and then dive into each in more detail. There are a couple ‘activation modules’ which can be used in other stations depending on the purpose of your event.
