NUTRITION is crucial to your health. When healing and strengthening the body, mind, and spirit ,an individuals NUTRITION is most important.

Most people are addicted to unhealthy habits and toxic activities but don’t know where to start to change for the better. When taking action towards stopping bad habits you must force change in starting with your health. To start with your health you must start with your NUTRITION

Your body and mind may respond negatively, but it is up to you to push forward and determine what your life will look like as you develop yourself. This will not be easy. You will experience withdrawals and the thoughts of the mind can and will wonder. You will need to do things that strengthen your mind or relax your mind.

MEDITATE, EXERCISE, READ, LEARN ABOUT YOURSELF, BECOME SKILLFUL, TAP IN TO NATURE. THE BEST MOMENTS ARE WHEN YOU ARE ALONE. Eventually, your mind and body will find balance, but first, you must conquer toxicity. Toxicity can be in many forms.

The air, water, food, drugs, people, technology, media, relationships, and social environments. Ones environment is what one must observe and outgrow.

THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR HEALING THE BODY! Every time you move up a level, you are cleansing the body's lymphatic system more deeply on the intracellular level. Move between each level as you feel your way through your healing.
