9. Judging Criteria

Pillar	Guiding Questions
Ideation & Value Proposition	Is the problem well-defined? Is the solution clear? Is the target audience specified? Is the value proposition coherent?
Blockchain Applicability	Is there a practical execution plan? Does the product work? Are Stellar technologies essential? Is the project active on the testnet?
Real-World Potential	Does the project solve a genuine market need or opportunity? Is the model viable and scalable, with potential impact beyond the hackathon? Even if created mainly for fun, does it show creativity or ideas that could inspire further development?
User Experience (UI/UX)	Is the UX accessible and enjoyable? Is the UI clean?

Judging Process

The evaluation will take place in two phases, following a clear and concise process to ensure every team receives fair and sufficient attention from the judges.

Phase 1: Selected judges will review and evaluate your project.
Phase 2: If your project is chosen to advance, it will then be evaluated by all judges.
