Item Coding

Each scene listed is called an ‘item’ in the database. Each item is given a unique code given its attributes. They are constructed as follows:

Season/Episode/Categories/Scene No.

Categories are always listed with the numbers, then the letters, in order.

Quick Access Tabs

At the time of writing, there are three Quick Access tabs for easy viewing. They are marked with ‘QA’.

Context

This provides additional information about the episode(s) before the scene, in case it’s needed. Not all items have context.

Using Notion as a database

If you identify an issue with the database or this guide…

Please reply to my Reddit post. I will be happy to look into it. I’m also happy to review suggestions of things to add to my database - I may have missed some good scenes when I skimmed it (after having watched the entire thing).
