If you cannot find recorded files, try the following method.

After performing a recording, it will be complete when you click the Stop button, not the Pause button.


Also, a recorded file only appears in the chat window of the user who has performed the recording and only he/she may download it.

If you do not see a recorded file,

first click the three-dotted icon next to Chat/Participants to find Announcements, Files, and Record.

Click Record and you will see the recorded file. Then, download the file.


However, if you are a Basic or Premium plan user,

the Record feature is not available.

Please note that recoding will not proceed even if there is the Record button at the top.
