The first step to producing great content is ideation. Letterdrop makes it easy for your whole team to participate - get sales, customer support, customer success, product, engineering, etc to contribute ideas that your marketing team can execute on.


Open your publication. Click on Ideas.

From here, you and your team can add new ideas to the backlog. You can add ideas in three different ways:

Method 1: Directly from the app

Just visit the ideas page and click on New topic. You can add a title, label, and description for your idea.

Method 2: Through email

Email where your-domain is your domain. You can find your domain in Settings.

Enter your proposed content title in the subject line and a description in the body of your email.

Method 3: From Slack

Add the Letterdrop bot to your Slack workspace. You can connect it from Integrations in Settings. Once installed, simply type /idea in any Slack channel and you can quickly suggest a content idea.
