1. What is the expected (realistic) increase of hospitals this year?
   1. 200-250 Hospitals (according to Peter Fischer - Project Coordinator)
2. When exactly does the “notifcation” appear? Does it depend on some stored cookies?
   1. I am not a 100% sure. The microsites are only used on mobile (PWA). I assume once you have accessed the first microsite it sets some sort of cookie in order to show the “update banner”.
3. Which screen is displayed when a user opens a url? (landing page when user has not open a link already, the last page in case the user opened another link before?)
   1. Scenario 1 (User has never opened a page before):
   2. Screen to add the polaris website to homescreen
   3. Screen hospital selection
   4. Screen with treatment plan link and additional information Scenario 2 (User has opened a microsite before): 1: Screen with treatment plan link and additional information + “update banner” 2: Close “update banner”
4. Who is responsible for translations?
   1. SIOPe is responsible for translations. They are provided to us and we add them to the translation file.
5. How often are changes in content and hospitals expected?
   1. We are “live” since 8-9 months, updates happened once so far. I however expect more updates from now on since we leave the MVP stage.
6. Is it acceptable to have a non-redudant setup? (possible downtimes on issues of the cluster or during installation of new version)
   1. Very well possible. In the contract there is no binding SLA defined. I assume we haven’t implemented a redundant setup for them.
7. Are NFC cards used? If so how many? How is the process to order them? Is there any margin on NFC cards as well?
   1. Currently yes. However, they decided to go with QR-Codes from now on, which they create themselves.

  • Physician (Doctor) receives the QR Codes from SIOPe. Depending on how the next treatment plan looks like the physician chooses the correct QR code.
• Share Link functionality after selection of hospital:
  • The selection of the hospital is stored in the local storage along with the current treatment plan link.
