Payment

• Affiliate sends invoice + bank information (the first time) within 15 days after the month-ends and final performance metrics are approved. (In case there is a need for adjustment or reversals pending, the invoice is sent after the account manager approves the numbers.) See process 👇

When does ScholarshipOwl pay for the leads generated?

After the month is finalized, the affiliate enters their Tune dashboard and selects the time period of the month that has passed (e.g. 10/1 - 10/31). There, they will be able to see the total payout and generate an invoice either on Tune or their own template. It is preferred to send that up until the 15th of the next month for prompt payment. Once approved, the CFO pays within 1-3 business days. (up to a week) The account manager is responsible for any queries regarding the Tune dashboard.

**In case of no invoice being sent until the 15th, you will receive an invoice reminder.
