We take the safety of our teen population very seriously with a series of processes and protocols in place to support this mission and differentially handle topics including general safety, reporting of sexual abuse, crisis, and crime reporting.

Teen Community is supported by trained teen listeners, leaders, and adults who are trained to support teens. All the people involved in the teen community in one or another way need to be committed to the community guidelines and in addition to but not limited to following ones as well.

• Zero tolerance for offsite contact with teen listeners and teen members
• Do not engage in any sort of inappropriate behavior as defined by our general community guideline, as this would result in the removal of your teen badge.
• Flirting with teens as an adult listener will result in the permanent removal of the teen badge.
• Be a guide when necessary but also be an ally always.
• Similar to working with adults, please show the teens support & kindness at all times.
