X-PAD365 Enterprise allows you to have one X-PAD365 cloud platform with multiple sub-users. It makes jobs and equipment management easier, unlocks possibility of sharing the jobs between colleagues and allows working on the same job by two or more users at the same time.

This guide explains how to add sub-users to your X-PAD365 Enterprise account.

1. Login to your X-PAD365 account using your credentials: https://x-pad365.geomax-positioning.com/

2. Confirm that your account is of Enterprise type

   

3. Click on the round profile image in the top right corner and then select Account Info

4. In the left hand side panel select Company's Users

5. Click on + sign above the table displaying current users

6. Add new user (please note that the email cannot have any X-PAD365 account assigned - even the basic one):

   1. Check the box Enabled

   2. Fill in first and last name fields

   3. Fill in the email

   4. Fill in the temporary password - please observe the password requirements stated under the table. I suggest writing down the password in a separate document to avoid losing the access to the cloud)

   5. Click Save

   6. The added user will receive the email with credentials and login web page link

      

7. Ask users to login to X-PAD365 on their devices (tablets. phones or data loggers)
