Job Title: Community Support Educator (Shark)

We are seeking a talented and passionate contributor to work with the Perpetual Protocol Community team to drive user success and engagement.
In this role, you will work closely with our users to educate and guide them on how to use Perpetual Protocol effectively and improve their user experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging community environment by moderating our communication channels and encouraging participation in discussions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via Discord/Telegram and the ticketing system (Mava)
- Troubleshoot issues related to using Perpetual including, wallet help, deposits/withdrawals, UI/RPC issues, trading issues, API help, bot/strategy help, and related technical questions
- Identify and report bugs, user feedback, and user behavior trends to the development team
- Work with the Perpetual Protocol development team to escalate technical issues as needed
- Collaborate with the Perpetual Community team to create and execute user support plans, develop and create educational materials, tutorials, and guides to enhance user education and adoption
- Educate Perpetual Protocol users on how to effectively use the platform and its features to achieve their goals
- Engage with users through community channels and provide prompt and helpful assistance with inquiries, issues, and feedback
- Moderate community channels to ensure a positive and constructive environment for all users
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve user success and provide feedback to the product team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and user feedback to continuously improve user education and engagement efforts
