<aside> 💡 In August 2022, the ESFA made changes to the Training Plan (previously known as the Commitment Statement). The document linked below was updated in September 2022 to reflect these changes. The training plan was also reviewed and updated after feedback from Ofsted in September 2023

You will need to complete and sign the training plan prior to the apprentice beginning the apprenticeship. This is a working document and will be updated over the course of the apprenticeship to outline the provision you will receive from both FAC and the employer. Within this document you will also agree to a code of conduct throughout the apprenticeship.

FAC will facilitate an initial meeting with the apprentice, employer and training provider to go through and discuss the training plan, make any necessary adjustments to the delivery model, and ensure everyone is clear on expectations from the offset.
