ScholarshipOwl targets U.S. students 16-26 (+ for graduate students). All users must have a U.S. adress to create an account. We do not operate outside US - as such targeting would be beneficial - if there is capability.
The advertized scholarships are available for all academic levels and there is no criteria such as GPA,age,discipline e.t.c. All students are welcome to apply and continue their search for more personalized scholarships on the freemium or paid model.
