  1. Starting thumbs down, step out with your left foot and shift your weigh onto that foot. Let go with your left hand and spin your flag clockwise
  2. As the flag reaches vertical again, bring it to your right side and start to turn around
  3. Moving fully around, your flag will be turning counterclockwise in front of you
  4. Feet together and flag in ready position
