I have been without a full time role since October 2025. During this time, I chose to stay consistent: building projects, contributing to open source, and improving my craft every week.
Reset and direction. Participated in hackathons, built projects around developer tools, made my first open source contribution, and began outreach.
Deep focus on open source. Contributed consistently across multiple repositories, learned how production codebases are maintained, and collaborated directly with maintainers.
Building through setbacks. Released another project, went through an interview process I strongly aligned with, faced rejection, and kept going.
Improved quality and output. Contributed to more developer focused projects, built and released one of my most significant projects, and noticed clear improvement in code quality and depth.
High effort phase. Released multiple projects, maintained consistent outreach, and participated in more interview processes.
Active and consistent. Continued building new projects, contributing to open source, staying engaged with applications, outreach, and assessments.
Every contribution is merged, in production, and used by real developers.
