What we're looking for
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to:
Ensure execution of programs, promotions, visibility & merchandising in the given area.
To manage promotional budgets & effective utilization for business growth.
To achieve monthly sales business plan for the assigned territory
This role requires the TSM to be on field on a daily basis to achieve the assigned targets
Responsibilities
- Execution of the programs & plans in the given geography.
- Effective team management to drive daily sales targets
- This will be a complete B2C market role where interacting with high profile customers and
understanding their pain points is required
- Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations,
with a focus on performance against key sales metrics
- Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through
all facets of the sales cycle
- Participate in industry events to help drive market awareness & win over advocates
- Own your team’s quotas and manage against aggressive sales targets
Qualifications
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
- Strong communication skills in English ( Compulsory)
- 5+ years of experience and 2+ years experience managing a sales team & owning revenue
targets
- Experience in startups will be fast tracked
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team
- Ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry thought leaders
