What we're looking for

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to:

Ensure execution of programs, promotions, visibility & merchandising in the given area. To manage promotional budgets & effective utilization for business growth. To achieve monthly sales business plan for the assigned territory

This role requires the TSM to be on field on a daily basis to achieve the assigned targets

Responsibilities

  1. Execution of the programs & plans in the given geography.
  2. Effective team management to drive daily sales targets
  3. This will be a complete B2C market role where interacting with high profile customers and understanding their pain points is required
  4. Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics
  5. Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle
  6. Participate in industry events to help drive market awareness & win over advocates
  7. Own your team’s quotas and manage against aggressive sales targets

Qualifications

  1. MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
  2. Strong communication skills in English ( Compulsory)
  3. 5+ years of experience and 2+ years experience managing a sales team & owning revenue targets
  4. Experience in startups will be fast tracked
  5. Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  6. Ability to hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team
  7. Ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry thought leaders
