10,000,000 to 40,000,000 Tomans/month net, depending on your seniority and role in the kitchen!

Holiday allowance (25 days per year). Note that we don't work around Iranian public holidays except for Norooz (5 days) so if there is a new holiday that pops up in Iran's calendar we don't follow.
