As your community grows you'll have the opportunity to highlight your members. It can be to share what they have accomplished or it can be a showcase of their work or creations.

It's powerful to highlight people who lead the way. Raising their profile and work is an important sign of appreciation and may inspire other people to learn from that person.

Pro tips

• Invite people to share their own work and start by sharing your own
• Don't just wait for people. Instead, you reach out proactively and help them get their work seen.
• If you can, help them to publish their work in a way that's valuable to the community. For example by advising them on the format, helping them write documentation, or add screenshots. Again, don't wait but help if and when you can.

Autocode community - Jacob, who runs the Autocode community, curates projects from members every week. He even jumps in to help you finish the projects if you're stuck 🔨.. Because he is super proactive, people will feel more confident about their projects and Jacob can make sure that Autocode has new showcases in the pipeline.

Figma community - The Figma team created a dedicated place to share and discover works from others. This is a very advanced manifestation and requires a bigger community. However, the Figma team also had to proactively recruit creators to kickstart this experience. Read more about that journey here.
