Responsibilities

● Associate and manage sales and operations verticals and understand requirements, identify problems / improvements and propose their solutions and KPIs

● Collaborate with Engineering leadership to plan product roadmap and take end to end ownership of product release. Analyse and assist Data Analyst to setup various business and operational metrics to increase org wise visibility

● Plan and deliberate marketing and growth teams to drive better user acquisition and conversion by introducing novel solution

● Manage and enhance relationships with medical professionals and understand how to make their processes and day to day work easier

● Connect with Doctors to understand how using technology, we can improve the patient experience both during pre and post purchase.

Qualifications

● 8+ years of experience in Product Management preferably in e-commerce / tech-ops company with IIT and / or IIM / ISB or similar educational background. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven, and P&L focused decision making

● Preferred experience in product driven growth in consumer space

● Experience in A-B testing, setting up problem and solution hypothesis and KPIs

● Strong hands-on analytical skills (SQL + Excel + preferably python)

● Demonstrated experience in working closely with engineering and business verticals and rolling out solutions across sales and operations as well as consumer product

● Should have managed team of at least 3+ PM / APMs

● Excellent writing and communication skills on preparing documentations and SOPs

● Past Start-up experience is plus
