Section 1 | Getting Started

  1. The landing page gives two options. You can seek help by clicking the 'Request Help' icon.
  2. It will take you to a different page where you can broadly classify the type of help that you are seeking. If you need medical assistance related to COVID-19, please click on the 'Medical' tab.
  3. If you are seeking other assistance such as getting groceries or medicines, you can click on the 'Other Help' tab
  4. You will have to type in your pin code or share your location to view posts that are from your locality. Although, you can also choose to view posts from anywhere in the world.
  5. At the bottom of the page, you will be taken to the appropriate help board. You can then filter out the posts on the help board according to your needs.

  2. It will take you to a different page where you can choose multiple voices among the three roles given.

A. 'As a Volunteer' - B. 'As a Donor/Investor' - C. 'As an Organisation' - 3. You will have to type in your pin code or share your location to view posts that are from your locality. You can also choose to view posts from anywhere in the world. 4. Finally, you will be taken to the appropriate help board. You can then filter out the posts on the help board according to your needs.

Section 2 | Setting up the account

  1. "Register/Login" button will enable you to sign up with your choice of email or social media credentials.
  2. Update your profile information by clicking on “My Profile”, and choose the pen icon to make changes.
  3. You are now ready to post/respond to posts from the help board.

Section 3 | The Help Board

  1. The Help Board is a one-stop place for viewing all posts.
  2. You can filter out to see the posts that are relevant to you; You can filter by place, provider, and type.
  3. You can create your post and put it on the Help Board.
  4. But before that, move to section 2.

Section 4 | Posting on the Help Board

  1. Click on the + icon to create your post. It can be either about offering help or requesting help.
  2. To seek help, you can either select need help from the home page or click on requesting help to see the various help offered. You can filter them out according to your needs.
  3. To give help, you can either select “Give Help” option on the home page and scroll through the various help requests, or you can create your own post on the specific help that you offer.
