About Betafi

Betafi is a moderated research platform that makes it easy to do user research, take notes and synthesize information - all on one platform. With Betafi, you can:

• Meet users, take time-stamped notes and bookmark ‘Aha’ moments during user interview
• Conduct moderated usability tests for both mobile and desktop prototypes in the right, efficient way
• Post-call, iteratively synthesize sessions to identify insights. You can also create short video clips to share key highlights.
• You can export your notes to Miro/CSV to synthesize using your favourite tool
• Build a culture of customer empathy by sharing digestible research insights with your team
