HQ Rental Software is integrated with CarSync
CarSync is the bridge between HQ bookings and alternate platform bookings. Connecting your HQ account with CarSync will allow you to automatically sync vehicle availability on rental platforms connected via CarSync such as Turo, HyreCar, Geataround, and Shair.
This means if you create a booking on HQ Rental Software using a vehicle that is listed on any of the other rental platforms you’re working with, then that vehicle will be blocked on HQ to avoid double bookings. This is a two way integration, so this means that a vehicle will also be blocked on HQ if it gets linked to a booking on your alternate rental platforms connected via CarSync.

To Enable CarSync, please create a support ticket, using the help icon (?) on your HQ account, and request our team to enable the CarSync integration. Our support team will enable the integration, and they will provide you with User credentials needed to connect to CarSync.

Please follow the steps below to connect to Carsync.
Please create a support ticket requesting to enable the Carsync integration. Our support team will enable the integration, and they will provide you with:
Login to your CarSync account. Find the option to connect to HQ Rentals, and fill in the user details provided by our support team from the previous step. Click on Connect, and that’s it! Your HQ Rental Software account is now connected to CarSync.
