Clients will always be there. After all, they are the lifeline that allows us to continue to operate and keep everybody paid. We treat them fairly & reasonably on the middle ground – not above us, nor below us.
Our working language in the office is English, and it's how we communicate with our clients around the world too. We have people hailing from different islands in the Philippines like Cebu, Bohol, Leyte, Ormoc and Bantayan. So, there might be subtle variations on the local dialect.
Because we give you full autonomy on your working hours and schedule, we then trust you to handle direct communication with clients. As a tiny agency, we don't really entertain formalities and unnecessary middlemen.
You're free (and encouraged) to iterate directly with the clients, share your work and address on-going project issues straight away. We trust your judgment to communicate effectively, politely, with problem-solving driven approach.
Don't ever leave a client unanswered. You don't need to stop everything you're doing to reply to them, but don't forget to do so in a timely fashion.
