  1. Flag starts off moving clockwise, and your right foot crosses over your left. As the flag reaches 1/points down, you will bend your legs in that crossed position, your left arm will start moving counterclockwise.
  2. Left leg will be pointed out, resting at the tip of your toes. Left arm will be straight up at a 45 degree angle, left leg out to your left
  3. As you approach 3, left arm is still moving counterclockwise, you left leg will be crossing over your right. on 3, flag will be pointed down somewhat behind you, left arm will be moving, and you will bend your knees in the crossed over position.
  4. Your right leg will be pointed out on the tips of your toes, left arm still moving and flag will be pointed up
  5. Legs will come back together and flag will be facing down. As flag points down, your left hand will return to your flag thumb pointed towards the sky.
  6. Your flag is now leading with the silver pole/bottom pole cap and moving from right to left behind your head. It will be straight up behind your head on 6.
  7. As you spin your flag, the silk will be down in front of your face on 7.
  8. Readjust your hand positions (for comfort) as you bring your flag up to ready position on 8.
