How to Care for Your Indoor Plant

1) Choose a good place for your plant. Put it near a window where it can get sunlight, but not in hot sun. Too much heat can hurt the leaves.

2) Water your plant twice a week. Check the soil first — if it feels dry, the plant needs water. Don't give too much water or the roots can get sick.

3) Keep the leaves clean. Wipe them gently with a soft, damp cloth. Clean leaves can breathe better and look healthy.

4) Turn the pot every few days so all sides of the plant get light. This helps it grow straight and strong.

5) Talk to your plant! Some people believe plants grow better when we care about them and give them attention.
