Create a four-panel piece based on a couple of random words. Feel free to generate as many words as you like, but don't wait for something familiar—instead try to pick words that may not immediately give you any clear connection, and see how you can make them work together.

The first word should be present in the first panel, and the second word—in the last one.

The words can appear as part of dialogue or narration, or even scenery (store name, sign).

It can be a traditional comic strip, or your own format, as long as it involves four square images. They don't even have to follow in a logical sequence, as long as they work together to make up something coherent.

For the second session, bring at least four different ideas. Keep your sketches loose and focus on the narrative, rather than the execution.

Format: 4 square panels, 4x4" each
