• Alliance admin confirms deal meets criteria for sharing with group
• Once confirmed, admin shares deal with group
• Founder can see interest and commits in their RUV/SPV admin dashboard

How does the Alliance make money?

• We currently do not monetize
• Founders will never be charged anything in any form to raise from our group.

Does the founder need a lead investor in order to bring a deal to the Alliance?

• No. As long as the founder has terms in mind, then we can launch the deal

Do founders need to pitch the Alliance admins?

No.
