🔍 Who we are looking for

• You have 3+ years managing social media at a professional level.
• You live and breathe content strategy and are excited about creating on Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• You believe that open and honest communication is the key to successful and effective work. When you don't understand something, you default to asking questions in order to learn and grow.
• You have experience owning projects from concept to delivery. You have solved challenging problems and developed a talent for breaking them down into digestible pieces.
• You are calm and focused under pressure and consider work-life balance essential for long-term happiness and success.
• You are passionate about refining your craft. We are looking for team members who want to continue improving, learning, and building their skills.

🙌 What you'll do

• You will work hands-on with our marketing team to develop social and community strategies and produce content that challenges what financial services should look like
  • Should you accept you also get to:

• You will join a growing team of creatives and marketers responsible for growing Crescent’s user base and evangelists
