Scott Manley ("we," "our," or "us") built 3D Scan Pro ("the App") as a commercial application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use the App.

Information We Do Not Collect

3D Scan Pro does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:

• No account required. You do not need to sign up, log in, or provide any personal information to use the App.
• No analytics or tracking. We do not use any analytics frameworks, crash reporting services, or user tracking tools.
• No advertising. The App contains no ads and no advertising SDKs.
• No cloud processing. All 3D scanning, mesh processing, and file exports happen entirely on your device. Your scans are never uploaded to any server.
• No location data. The App does not request or use your location.
• No third-party services. The App does not integrate with any third-party data collection services.

Camera and Sensor Access

The App requires access to your device's camera and LiDAR sensor to perform 3D scanning. Camera data is:

• Processed in real-time on your device
• Used solely for generating 3D mesh geometry and textures
• Never recorded, stored as photos, or transmitted off your device
• Discarded after processing is complete

You can revoke camera access at any time in your device's Settings.
