Summary

This proposal is to standardize the proposal process to improve the efficiency of BendDAO governance.

MOTIVATION

The existing community governance process can no longer meet the growing governance needs of the community, and the governance efficiency is becoming increasingly inefficient, which in turn affects the decentralization process of BendDAO.

Anyone can participate in Forum or Discord, and vote on improvements.
