Check whether the June 12 Related Resources fixes are still needed after Sam clarified that Related Resources should prefer the bottom of sidebars.

What Was Accomplished

• Loaded Projects startup rules, current FOLDER-INDEX.md, sa-copywrite-design v1.1.14, pre-publish-qa, wp-deploy, and post-run-qa-reflection.
• Confirmed the current rule in sa-copywrite-design: when a sidebar exists, Related Resources / Related Pages belongs at the bottom of the sidebar after the CTA/form/trust/video/founder stack.
• Ran an authenticated live WordPress REST audit with context=edit across published pages and posts.
• Scanned 353 pages and 212 posts.
• Found 53 Related Resources / Related Pages matches.
• Confirmed the old June 12 proof direction is no longer the right fix because it keeps the block in the body.
