Session Objective

Create source-backed accounting controls for attorney operating, escrow/IOLTA, firm savings, QuickBooks, Litify, ADP, and AMEX audit work. Make the controls slash-callable in Codex and rerun the four accounting audit windows.

Completed

• Added accounting_controls.py to classify bank/recap differences by account lane before assigning severity.
• Added ACCOUNTING-CONTROLS.md with source-backed rules from Kentucky SCR 3.130(1.15), KBA trust-account materials, and Intuit QuickBooks reconciliation/audit-log guidance.
• Updated generate-finance-audit-report.py so ADP and AMEX are support evidence only, bank red flags include account lane and plain-English explanation, and savings timing pairs are downgraded to review.
• Added canonical skills and Codex mirrors for /attorney-accounting-controls, /quickbooks-recap-controls, /trust-operating-account-controls, /accounting-audit-30d, /accounting-audit-14d, /accounting-audit-7d, and /accounting-audit-72h.
• Updated Skills/SKILL-INDEX.md and the routine README.
• Reran all four audit windows.
