Summary of work done

Sam selected option B: run a separate dirty-worktree cleanup pass.

Completed safe cleanup in /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects:

• Ran folder-hygiene-guardian checks.
• Removed .DS_Store sidecar files.
• Moved obvious untracked duplicate-copy and backup debris out of the canonical Projects repo into a rollback bundle.
• Moved the non-allowlisted root audit output folder sa-image-audit-20260613/ into the same staging bundle, including ignored screenshot files that Git did not list.
• Added a safe no-op guard for the broken LaunchAgent path at routines-build/routines/local-mac/desktop_cleanup/run.sh. It logs that the prior implementation is missing and does not move, rename, or delete files.
• Updated routines-build/routines/local-mac/folder_hygiene/check.sh so it no longer falsely flags raw Notion mirror pages and placeholder-only credentials-template.json files as credential drift.
• Updated Skills/folder-hygiene-guardian/SKILL.md to match the checker changes.
• Allowlisted the existing Repos/projects/ and Repos/sa-element-registry/ folders in the hygiene checker and skill documentation.
