Summary of work done

• Attempted to start the daily Litify attribution GCLID propagation automation from the required local command lane.
• The run stopped before the script executed. The failure happened at unified process creation, not inside Node, the repo, or Salesforce.
• No Salesforce writes ran, no repair pass ran, and no Google Ads Sheet sync ran in this session.
• Completed the required read-only Outlook audit using connector access.

Execution surface and blocker

• Requested surface: local Codex shell runner for node /Users/samaguiar/.codex/automations/daily-litify-gclid-propagation/run-daily-gclid-propagation.mjs.
• Actual result: the local shell launcher failed immediately with Failed to create unified exec process: No such file or directory (os error 2).
• Because the runner never started, there is no new daily-gclid-propagation-report.json to treat as source of truth.
• This was not a blocked-before-write result from the Litify runner. It is a higher-level execution-surface failure.

• Intaker Inbound Call: Forwarded | +15029180057 on 2026-06-14 18:32:38Z included a current URL and landing URL with a full GCLID and adwords UTM values.
• Approximate IP location resolved to Louisville, KY in the email.
• Matching CallRail email was present: Call from 502-918-0057 via Intaker > Alert Call Forward for Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers at 2026-06-14 18:31:51Z.
• Additional Intaker inbound call emails on 2026-06-14 for +18126089289 and +15027687041 also carried GCLID-bearing URLs.
