Sam approved option B: fold the focused NotFair and Firecrawl canary into the broader monthly MCP drift audit.

Completed work:

• Updated /Users/samaguiar/.claude/scheduled-tasks/mcp-drift-audit/SKILL.md.
• Added the focused NotFair and Firecrawl canary as required pre-flight step 4 before broader MCP inventory.
• Added canonical paths for the canary script and daily canary output.
• Added a dedicated NotFair and Firecrawl canary section to the monthly report order.
• Added notfair_firecrawl_canary to the monthly run JSON schema.
• Added a definition-of-done checkbox requiring the canary to run, or a skipped status to be recorded with a reason.
• Added changelog entry 2.1.0 dated 2026-06-15.
• Updated the local session handoff at /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/session_logs/skill-command-repair-2026-06-15/SESSION-notfair-firecrawl-skill-command-repair-2026-06-15.md.
