Summary of work done

Diagnosed slash-command availability for NotFair and Firecrawl from the current workspace /Users/samaguiar/Documents/New project.

Findings:

Reason for ending session

The diagnostic question was answered. No live system changes were made, other than this Notion session export and one internal NotFair tool-feedback report about the confusing separation between MCP availability and slash-command visibility.

Suggested next steps

A future agent could make this smoother by creating or syncing local slash-command pointers into /Users/samaguiar/Documents/New project/.claude/commands/, preferably with a rollback copy and a small verification script. For NotFair, the source command prompts already exist and can be mirrored. For Firecrawl, a real skill or command file likely needs to be created or installed first, unless a different host already owns that tool surface.

Handoff notes

Do not treat NotFair as missing entirely. In Codex, it is available as an MCP after tool discovery. The missing piece is slash-command registration in the current workspace. Do not treat Firecrawl as slash-callable based only on Cursor cache entries. Verify whether Sam wants Firecrawl installed as a Codex skill, a Claude slash command, or both before creating durable pointers.

QA

Checked the current workspace command folder, broader Projects command folders, Skill Index entries, canonical Google Ads skill, Codex skill roots, agent skill roots, and tool discovery. The most likely root cause is registration drift plus workspace-scoped slash-command files.
