• Ran the rendered WordPress form contract QA against the live site.
• Inventory checked 563 published pages/posts and found 500 pages with form candidates.
• Rendered QA checked 546 forms after retrying 2 Chrome timeout pages with a longer timeout.
• Final live result: 546 passed, 0 form failures, 0 render errors.
• No-send probe returned HTTP 200 success, and follow-up checks found 0 WordPress no-send rows and 0 Litify rows.
• Patched 14 existing registry elements whose stored form snippets were behind the current live Litify/email/tracking contract.
• Added 4 missing working live form-family records to the element registry: sa-homepage-custom-form, sa-inline-form, sa-lp-form, and sa-nursing-home-hybrid-intake.
• Cleaned element 75 by replacing the earlier repaired mock markup with an actual live rendered hero/location card form.
• Regenerated /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Repos/sa-element-registry/seed/seed-data.js from the live 93-element registry.
• Added a short entry to /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Repos/sa-element-registry/DEPLOY_LOG.md.

• Consider moving the session-local parallel Chrome runner improvement into the canonical rendered form QA script as a guarded option, because the official sequential Chrome loop is too slow for 500 form-bearing URLs.
