Fixed the broken sidebar on the whiplash page and corrected the approved sidebar sources in the SA Element Registry so future deployments do not reuse the same overlapping checkmark pattern.

• Purged Cloudflare for the whiplash URL and submitted the URL through IndexNow.
• Patched live SA Element Registry sidebar IDs 17, 18, 51, 70, and 71 to remove absolute-positioned .ck or li::before marker patterns.
• Set repaired sidebar records to version 2026-06-15c.
• Regenerated /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Repos/sa-element-registry/seed/seed-data.js from the live 95-element registry.
• Updated /Users/samaguiar/.codex/skills/sa-element-registry/SKILL.md with the repaired sidebar references, neutral national injury heading guidance, and expected 95-element API count.

QA

• REST readback confirmed old whiplash .ck { position: absolute; left: 4px; top: 8px; } CSS is absent.
• Public fetch confirmed the whiplash page has grid marker CSS, no Why Kentucky Chooses, and no old absolute .ck rule.
• Registry preview for ID 18 confirmed grid marker CSS and no old absolute .ck rule.
• Sidebar-category registry audit returned 0 sidebar records with banned absolute marker patterns and 0 sidebar records with Why Kentucky Chooses.
• Playwright rendered QA passed for whiplash desktop, whiplash mobile, and registry ID 18 preview. Screenshots show clean marker spacing and neutral heading.
