Summary of work done

• Live validation rule litify_pm__Matter__c.MRI_Completed_Details_Required was changed so Completed MRI entries require only MRI_Result__c and MRI_Location__c.
• The validation message now says: Completed MRI entries require MRI Result and MRI Body Area. It no longer says linked MRI Request.
• The Matter layout litify_pm__Matter__c-Take Action Release Layout was cleaned up so the Treatment section no longer shows MRI_Request__c or read-only MRI_Provider_Location__c.
• The fields and existing data were not deleted. This was layout cleanup only.
• Current staff-facing Treatment fields retained for this workflow: MRI_Status__c, MRI_Location__c, and MRI_Result__c.

• Validation-rule check-only deploy: 0AfUV000001ZA5Z0AW, passed with MatterReviewGatekeeperTest 4 of 4.
• Validation-rule live deploy: 0AfUV000001ZA7B0AW, passed with MatterReviewGatekeeperTest 4 of 4.
• Rollbacked Apex probe confirmed MRI_Status__c = Completed, MRI_Result__c = Negative, MRI_Location__c = Back (Lumbar), and no MRI_Request__c saves successfully. Transaction rolled back.
• Rollbacked counter-probe confirmed Completed still fails if result and body area are blank. Transaction rolled back.
• Layout check-only deploy: 0AfUV000001ZBb70AG, passed with MatterReviewGatekeeperTest 4 of 4.
• Layout live deploy: 0AfUV000001ZBeL0AW, passed with MatterReviewGatekeeperTest 4 of 4.
• Post-deploy layout retrieve confirmed MRI_Request__c and MRI_Provider_Location__c are absent from the Treatment section, while MRI_Status__c, MRI_Location__c, and MRI_Result__c remain.

Message for Christine

You can tell Christine: This is fixed. Completed MRI entries now only require MRI Result and MRI Body Area. The linked MRI Request requirement was removed, and the Matter screen no longer shows the optional MRI Request field in that Treatment section.
