Rollback and artifacts

Stored artifacts include the source PNG copy, converted WebP, registry backup before the change, registry readback after the change, and WordPress upload/update JSON files. Rollback would be to remove or deprecate registry entry 98 and remove media ID 74731 only if Sam approves that destructive cleanup.
