Summary of work done

Sam approved the remaining adjuster package lane: send letters, write reserve/limit flags back to Litify, and attach actual bill PDFs from Drive. I used the focused working packet from analytics/insurance_update_letter_package_known_25k_20k_adjuster_ready_2026-06-12/, not the broader exploratory 13-row packet.

Live validation completed: LITIFY_ORG was connected, a Matter preflight succeeded, and all six focused matters were live, open, and in Treatment. Their Matter Drive folder URLs matched the packet manifest.

Production Litify writeback completed as Litify Notes, topic Insurance (3rd Party), one per matter, with unique External_Id__c values and explicit send/attachment status. Created note IDs:

What has not shipped

No adjuster emails were sent. Outlook requires local attachment files, and the available Drive connector could verify and fetch file content but did not provide a safe local PDF path for batch attachment. A direct Google Drive URL download test produced an HTML page instead of a PDF, so that bad file was removed immediately and was not attached.

Reason for session ending

The production writeback portion is complete and verified. The send portion is blocked by the lack of a reliable Drive-to-local PDF download path for Outlook attachments. Sending the Word letters without actual bill PDFs would contradict the approval condition.

Suggested next steps

Build or repair a connector-backed Drive-to-local attachment downloader, then send only the rows with a verified local PDF bundle and a verified adjuster email. Start with Brandi Wilhite because the live Drive Bills folder clearly showed the itemized statement PDF. Do not send James Thomas until the missing adjuster email is resolved.
