Objective

Fix Sam Hub treatment QA tile sizing and incorrect source links, especially Treatment Damages 50K+, Open Treatment Matters, and Stale Treatment Updates.

Completed

• Patched SamHubTreatmentQaController so all 12 treatment QA tiles link to matching in-page source drilldowns instead of the generic Recent Matters list.
• Added 12 source sections generated from the same live Apex query logic as the tile values.
• Source rows link to the underlying Matter, SAIL_Call_Log__c, or litify_pm__Request__c record and include a native Salesforce fallback list link.
• Enlarged the treatment QA tile presentation from six columns to four columns on desktop with bigger value text and visible View source affordances.
• Updated SamHubTreatmentQaControllerTest to assert source sections exist and tile hrefs point to #source-* anchors.
• Logged the change in OPS_LEDGER.md and docs/litify-environment-diary.md.

Boundaries

• No Litify records were changed.
• No reports, dashboards, fields, permissions, or FlexiPages were changed.
• The canonical Sam Dashboard report-card section was not altered.
• Browser screenshot verification was not completed because no reliable logged-in Salesforce browser automation surface was available in the current toolset.
