• Used the June 12 folder-hygiene report and the skill-conflicts workbook at /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Codex-Skills/skill-inventory-conflicts-2026-06-10.xlsx.
• Quarantined 98 non-allowlisted root entries under admin/scratch/root-hygiene-quarantine-2026-06-12/root-entries/.
• Quarantined 8 direct-child Repos/ drift entries under Repos/_archive/hygiene-drift-2026-06-12/.
• Moved 22 credential-shaped Notion/root artifacts and 2 archived credential-template files under .credentials/_archive/hygiene-credential-shaped-2026-06-12/.
• Removed generated Skills/__pycache__.
• Added valid SKILL.md frontmatter for Skills/daily-repo-health-check/ and Skills/sail-runbook/.
• Updated FOLDER-INDEX.md, Skills/SKILL-INDEX.md, Skills/folder-hygiene-guardian/SKILL.md, routines-build/routines/local-mac/folder_hygiene/check.sh, and admin/opportunities-and-expansion-log.md.
• Saved the rollback handoff at admin/handoffs/HANDOFF-projects-root-hygiene-hard-violations-cleared-2026-06-12.md.

Decisions

• Kept root cleanup rollback-safe by moving non-allowlisted entries into quarantine instead of deleting them.
• Treated Skills/_* folders as support folders, not invokable skills, and updated the checker/docs accordingly.
