Session objective
Sam reported he was not seeing SpeedAI emails when they came through and preferred that they cross his eyes first.
What was checked
- Searched Outlook for SpeedAI and SpeedIntake messages from May 2026 onward.
- Listed mail folders and found
Inbox/SpeedAI with 1,352 total items and 22 unread before cleanup.
- Queried Microsoft Graph inbox rules for SpeedAI/SpeedIntake-related rules and rules targeting the SpeedAI folder.
Findings
- Current SpeedAI arrivals on June 12, 2026 were in the top-level Inbox and unread.
- Explicit SpeedAI/SpeedIntake inbox rules found in Graph were disabled, including
SpeedAI Auto-Sort, SpeedIntake to Intake Folder, and older SpeedIntake mark-read/coverage rules.
- There were 22 unread SpeedAI stragglers from June 5 through June 11 sitting in
Inbox/SpeedAI.
Action taken
- Moved all 22 unread messages from
Inbox/SpeedAI back into the top-level Inbox.
- Preserved unread state on every moved message.
Verification
Inbox/SpeedAI unread query returned count 0 after move.
- Sampled top unread SpeedAI messages in Inbox and confirmed they are unread and parent folder is Inbox.
Pickup prompt
If Sam sees new SpeedAI messages disappear again, check non-rule automation next, such as Outlook sweep rules, desktop/client-only Outlook rules, Power Automate flows, or Microsoft-side Focused/Other behavior. The Graph-visible inbox rules do not currently show an enabled SpeedAI mover.
