• Found existing source report 00OUV000009HsEv2AK / All Open Maters by Case Type and Stage in the Litify Executive Dashboard folder.
• Added openMatterStageCards to SamHubTreatmentQaController.
• Added a full-width Open Matters by Stage panel on Sam Hub Overview.
• Each stage card links to the source report.
• Blank-stage matters are shown as No Stage Set and styled as an attention item.
